What does it mean on the USPS website when it states for an issue "No Price" but when you click on the title of the issue it has the price listed but then "Save for Later" and being unable to add it to the order? Based on that verbiage, what is the probability of that issue being available to order in the future?

I am not quite sure what you mean. Perhaps you should add a specific link to which item you refer. Also, perhaps you hit the website as it updates for the new price change that goes into effect at 12:01 a.m. July 14. |

You are too later to order Forever Stamps at the old (current price) but on and after tomorrow you will be able to get them at the new forever prices. The cutoff was within a few days ago. Likewise any "new" design Forever Stamps with a first day on or after Sunday will be calculated as the new forever pricing, not the current rate in place today.
You should have no problem ordering any stamps which have a numbered denomination on the stamp such as $1, $5, etc. as that denomination will remain the same on and after tomorrow.
My local post office stopped a week ago getting additional Forever stamps, limiting folks to what was on hand. The new ordered forever would be billed at the 7-14-2024 prices and the postmaster did not want to lose office revenue selling the latest order for under cost.

As I am typing this message, the USPS website is displaying the current 68c per stamp Forever rate. However when one clicks on "Shop All Stamps", the Ansel Adams issue displays "No Price" unlike all the other issues that have a price. Then when one clicks on the Ansel Adams issue, it displays "Sheet of 16 $10.88, Choose a Quantity, Total Pieces NaN Total Price $NaN and Save for Later." There is no option to add to the cart like the other issues. Does this mean this issue is sold out, backordered or is the website having a technical issue with ordering this issue? |

Petert4522: Yes, there is a phone number but they are closed right now. No big deal. Just thought the verbiage was unusual. If it is ever in stock again, that would be great, if not, lesson learned to purchase closer to the issue date. |

It's now July 14 and the USPS website shows the current 73c Forever Price and the Ansel Adams issue is available for purchase. Strange why that issue had problems yesterday. |

When an item has no price it could also mean supplies have run out or they have just stopped offering the item --- this can happen with any philatelic product.
A related aside, under Shop/Collectors menu you will see various check-off boxes. For items that have low supplies go to the subsection to the left titled "Theme" and scroll down to "Less than 20 remaining" check box. Check it and it will show what items will soon be off sale on the site. Right now there are low supplies of the Waterfall Press Sheet W/o Die-Cuts. |

chris s: Thank you for the information. In another thread you mentioned you were interested in buying about a dozen Ansel Adams sheets. Did you order them and did they arrive sealed or unsealed. More importantly, do they look as good in hand vs on the screen? |

I bought 10 sheets of Ansel Adams right before the rate change (along with sea turtles, shaker design, and global forevers). In this shipment every sheet was individually wrapped. That's what I normally encounter though I find sometimes (but not always) when I order larger quantities (20 or 50 sheets of a specific issue) they count them out and send them in an envelope rather than the individually packed sheets.
The Ansel Adams stamps are nice, though they are noticeably grainy up close (I think that's more apparent with the grayscale nature of the issue than on full color issues). |
