Sending this fellow to Siegel is unfair to both parties. Here is a short list of more basic level auction houses on SAN that might be a better fit. They can be reached via Stamp Auction Network and the addresses filled in.
Eastern Auctions is home to high end Canadian material, so it wouldn't be a fit, they do take consignments, but also own their own material that they sell. Vance is not really an auction house, as they own everything they sell. Nothing is on consignment. So basically they are a min price list. Competition for lots is perceived and artificially created.
