I would say there is a trace of a grill on the righthand edge (as seen from the back) halfway up I'd go as far as to say there are hints of a split grill in the upper half of the back. The paper is slightly darker in the right rectangular areas. Maybe someone used graphite to look at the grill and couldn't completely remove it after pressing out the (half-)grill. At left, it also looks like an ironed out (half-)grill.
I see blackish lines similar to a grid on the front to the right in OP's post that might be from a grill. I see traces of a grill on the righthand side halfway up as seen from the back on the stamp posted by jimjamtwo.
