Very nice, bee. If it is bad form to ask a person the name of a font he is using, then pretend I didn't just ask.

i have Win XP SP2. If I go to c:/Windows/Fonts then in the File drop down menu there is a choice that is 'Install New Font'.
Or, if it an exe extension after the file name you could just double click on it and it may install itself. |

Thanks Puzzler, boy what a trip around the world that was. Each time I downloaded I coundn't find the zip file, it disappeared. I ended up extracting it from site and manually loading it. After that, not quite what I was after, so will seek another font Thanks for the instruction, next time will be easier.

Rod, I have Firefox 3.6.4 and in the Tools drop down (or pop up) menu under Options and then under the General tab it has a place where you can tell it where to download files to as the default location.
I imagine Internet Explorer has a similar thing. |

I know I cannot improve on BeeSee's perfection, but I have chosen "FluxArchitect" for my font http://www.dafont.com/flux.fontAnd will give it a go on my Vasco da Gama work. It fits fluidly into MSWorks on which I do my wordprocessing, albeit at the moment, I cannot find the apotrophes. There is no lower case (which is OK by me) I think it is going to look good on Buff paper if I can find it. |

Thanks for the encouragement Guys :) Like a lot of things, I was just about to give up when I found it. Makes for easy reading. I liked it so much, I bought the company. (No I didn't :), but I donated to the author)

What the... do you guys think my Tuvalu Postage due page is a REAL font, I just re-read the thread sober. That is my hand written page from the days when I was drafting! |
