Hello Everyone,

My mother's name was Rose, so years ago I decided to collect roses on postage stamps. From there, that topic naturally expanded to include all flowers on worldwide postage stamps.

My father was a World War II veteran, so I also collect United States flags on postage stamps and covers. As with the roses, this topic has expanded. I now include all flags on worldwide postage stamps.

I do not intend to complete either the flower or flag topic, but I pick up what I can inexpensively and go from there.

My task now for these topics is to improve the esthetics of the collection. Currently, the stamps and covers are sitting in a three ring binder on black stock pages. I think I need to research them, add informational pages, and maybe make an album with AlbumEasy, my preferred software.

In the album, I think I want to narrow down the topics and try to complete small areas.

I just wanted to share my thoughts on this today with you all, thanks for listening.
