Been unable to figure this one out.
At top, it says "DERTALA".
At bottom, starts with "NIM..." or "NIN..." .
So where was it canceled?

The word at bottom could be the name of the state.
But the only Indian state with a name beginning with N is Nagaland.
Could it be a H like Himachal ?
Or maybe it's not the name of the state at all.

Also, looks like there might be another letter after DERTALA, tho I can't be sure of which letter.

Have found in India a village named Dedtalai. Could this cancel be an alternative spelling or a spelling error? Or what?

The plot thickens....
Dedtalai is in Madhya Pradesh state, which has a region named Nimar. There is a possible "Nim..." at bottom of this cancel.
