Don't have a catolog which mentions anything about canadian plate blocks.

Are these stamps hard to come by with a plate number? Just wondering if this increases the value of these stamps. There not worth very much as a single stamp used. It also says Ottawa #2a on the bottom does this signify something?

The "Ottawa 2A" is the plate number. And yes, for a true stamp collector it is a great strip. ( NOT a block !!! )
