The one 5 cents is extremely bold and shines metallic in certain places hair clothing of upper areas stamp, the two cents has a small green arrow on the upper left edge which I have never seen before

The "shine" you see on the 5 cent is not uncommon and can happen with age and environmental driven changes. The partial arrow on the 2 cent is found in between the panes of a sheet.

Ah okay that's interesting,
However, the 5 cent stamp is pretty bold. I've never seen it before.
