Reading this prompted me to revisit a previous stamp I thought I had finished with, now I can add another possibility based of the information in the article.
I highly doubt it is a bisect, just a poorly trimmed stamp imho. By cutting of a full value to use on one "bisect" kind of makes the other half useless.
