This was the last page from a Canadian collection I recently acquired. It is titled "Canada B-5, American Bank Note Co. Ottawa". It is similar to the cod fishing image on Newfoundland #70, but not the same. Any help with identifying if this is a postal proof or another item would be most appreciated.

I believe the fisherman in the stern with head bowed is looking for his chewing tobacco.
