It looks the adress in your replay ««https://billsey.seymourfamily.com/B/belgium01.htm.» is unsafe by McAfee and therefore not readable.

The website is not "Https:" (Secure). I hate it when anti-virus programs are over protective!!

You are correct, I hadn't noticed that the cert had expired, since I apparently setup a white list for it at my end at some point. I'll get that renewed as soon as I have a few minutes... :(

That is so weird... Maybe they are doing the spamhaus thing and blocking all servers on a residential network. The cert is valid, and I can get in fine from my very secure work system.
