I have a question about the Argentine issues from the years 1892-95 (small sun watermark), 1896-97 (large sun watermark), since in addition to how complicated it is for me to distinguish the two types of sun in the watermarks, I have found quite a few copies where there is no watermark whatsoever or I am simply not able to see it... In the Argentine catalog at https://cefiloza.blogspot.com/p/blog-page.html. I have seen that in the large sun mark, it indicates pairs with and without watermark... should I then assume that the stamps without watermark belong to the large sun issue?

I finally managed to solve my problem with the watermarks on this issue using a little trick I saw on an Argentinian forum, which I'm sharing with you in case anyone doesn't know it:
After soaking the stamp with the developer, wait until the stamp is almost dry. It's at this point, for a few seconds, that you can see the finest and most invisible watermarks (usually the small sun, in my case; the large one is usually visible even without soaking). It worked for me on all the stamps except one... I hope it helps if you didn't know about it.
