"The State Anthem of the USSR" was the national anthem of the Soviet Union from 1944 to 1991, replacing "The Internationale". Its original lyrics were written by Sergey Mikhalkov (1913–2009) in collaboration with El-Registan (1899–1945), and its music was composed by Alexander Vasilyevich Alexandrov (1883–1946). For a two-decade interval following de-Stalinization, the anthem was performed without lyrics. The second set of lyrics, also written by Mikhalkov and in which Stalin's name was omitted, was adopted in 1977.

The National Anthem of the Russian Federation / The National Anthem of Russia

It was composed by Alexander Vasilyevich Alexandrov (see post of vayolene above) and lyrics by Sergei Vladimirovich Mihalkov.
It was adopted as the national anthem in 2001, replacing the previous anthem, the Patriotic Song, and is performed to the same tune as the national anthem of the former Soviet Union.

The official state symbols of the Russian Federation: flag, coat of arms, national anthem.

The National Anthem of Argentina

(see post of electroprecancels above)
Vicente López y Planes (1784 - 1856), an Argentine writer, lawyer, and politician,
is the author of the lyrics of the Argentine national anthem, adopted on May 11, 1813.
I have not found a stamp with the image of the author of the anthem's music,
the Spanish musician and composer Blas Parer (1776 - 1840).

Slovak national anthem - Nad Tatrou sa blýska

The lyrics were written by Janko Matúška (1821 – 1877) early in 1844. The tune comes from the folk song Kopala studienku (She was digging a well).
