Easily identifiable on this Zanzibar Sultanate cancel is WETE, a city on Pemba Island. But wait.. what's that three-letter word preceding Wete? My sources haven't found any "??? Wete", neither then nor now. That first letter might be an R. My thanks to anyone who can solve this puzzler.
