The Wells Fargo Stationery material of Mexico is a fascinating area of collection and study.

It is well documented in the Postal Stationery of Mexico, by Peter Bamert, Wayne Menuz & Bill Walton, published by the United Postal Stationery Society in 2018.

It includes nearly 40 pages of examples, most illustrated, of the different envelopes, denominations, and Wells Fargo rate changes printed on the envelopes.

The catalog is available both in print and electronic format (PDF). The PDF edition is modestly priced $15, and can be ordered here.
