Need Help With Russian Stamps 1917, I Think

I'm pretty sure I've seen these before, especially the 3p value, and I've checked Scott for Russia and every Russian colony, state, etc. and I'm not able to ID these.

In the bottom of the 2p, on the tablet, I can just barely make out 1817-1917, again I think, but again, not able to find these. Also not able to find these in the Yvert et Tellier Classiques catalogue.

I'm guessing that these may be Cinderella's?
