Comparing these two, what can I say? There is no comparison. Those US ones have to be the worst designed Christmas stamps ever issued.  |

As an American, I should be insulted. However, I must agree. For a country with our resources, we have no excuse for what appear to be computer graphics on a plain white background.
As a side note, the 2024 Christmas issue from Liechtenstein is even more spectacular than 2025 which is also very nice.

The Helvetica set is in my opinion the best. I can feel the cold of a Swiss winter and the warmth in the lights at the same time. Very few people send Christmas mail inside my country, but if I could mail Christmas cards or something like that, I would be happy to put these stamps on my mail. I cannot resist creating a message without uploading an image. Here is where the theme began.  |
