Question On Green/Blue Paper On A #r135 Revenue Stamp

I don't have a great pic as I left the house and forgot to take one. I was wanting feedback on this R135. I have never seen one with this color paper. I will post a better pic later today.

It got exposed to some type of chemical reaction that affected the yellow part of the green paper. So it is left as blue.

It might have been affected by the acid in whatever document it was on, or just the color of it when it was soaked off.
