Top stamp is a Ty III (8), C relief from plate 4. When I see a bottom line break that big, I always start my plating elimination with 66R4, but I'm not saying that's the position, its just a well known position with a large bottom line break. At any rate - nice stamp/find.
Bottom stamp is an A relief, probably from plate 1-early with a weak, possibly broken? bottom line. Its not 81L1E, which is a well known position with a bottom line break, and its not 100R1E, which is another, so this stamp merits further plating study by someone who has a little time -- which I don't at the moment. But I agree, its an interesting item.
