Hi - there is a roller cancel of some type on top of an unidentifiable split ring. This is not in Lacelle's fancy cancels. Would anyone be able to assist?

Wow! Gotta love these puzzling markings.
Looks like a number 1 roller cancel based on the three lines that seem to stop together before the number.
There are a lot of other parts of something in there also, like almost a split-ring cancel but a bad one.
Hopefully someone will come up with a comment that will trigger some type of memory of a specific roller cancel.
There are a lot of options like for example a split ring from a small office that did not cancel all the stamps then a roller cancel from a bigger office.
Who knows. Good luck.
