Hello there
I am trying to do my 2nd exhibition, but I would like to hear your recommendations from experienced Members
I use A3 papers in general. My questions are
. What is the weight of the papers you usually use and what colour?
What is the font size you usually use in exhibitions to make it clear for A3?and font type?

I use white 65 pound paper for my exhibits.
Off white is also frequently used - but be careful if your exhibit has a lot of covers. If you mount cream colored covers on cream colored paper, they won't stand out as well. Judges tend to very much frown on any paper other than white or cream.
I use 10 point italicized Times New Roman for my captions and 12 point Garamond for my text. There are no real rules on fonts other than they need to be easily readable. Avoid trying to be clever with some funky looking font. I was at a stamp show once where one of the judges, Pat Walker, led a tour around the exhibits with people who wanted tips on exhibiting. She pointed to one person's font and said it was "absolutely terrible" because it was too hard to read. I asked her what font she thinks looks good. She said she always uses Garamond - so now I do too, just in case she ever judges one of my exhibits!

Thanks a lot for the tips
I used 300gsm papers before A3, but it is too heavy really, so I was thinking about 240 gsm, which is nearly 90lbs otherwise, I don't know I think 180 gsm is a bit light for A3
last time I used 11 font Garamond but surprisingly it was hard to read ,maybe because of A3 and it looks better on A4 :)
I am thinking about using white ivory or beige or cream colours
