With handstruck typography style opts, this is a common occurence (denting on the back of the stamp)
I collect Romania, and have never seen your indentations before That's why it still is, for me, a little bit curious.
My knowledge just doesn't runn that deep. we have two possible scenarios: 1. "Many forgeries exist of this overprint" 2. On the parcel post stamps, Wmk = "arms impressed in the paper"
I would keep it in your collection with a big query cdnum.
I've seen lots like these - and it's "normal" variation with these stamps.
Michel has a subnote stating this is very common (as are overprints with partial or missing letters).
PS. And I assume the 1 bani stamp is dark gray / black - or otherwise you have come up with something totally unusual. The picture you have is definitely not of good quality IMHO.
