Thanks, they are beauties whether they are worth a lot or not. (which they are) I like the 500f one also. The 200f one reminds me of the Jonathan Livingston Seagull book which is a good thing. Have to dig that out and read it again. Or make my own stamp in Canada. Hmmmmmm.
For a gauge search on here SCF for 'perf* gauge', there are a couple topics that show and discuss different ones available. I got mine off
ebay as I wanted to measure Canada stamps and in the specialized Unitrade catalogue they show measurements by the tenths on a perf.
You can measure them by just a metric ruler or scale too. Count how many are in 2 cm. Scott rounds these off to quarter fractions, Stanley Gibbons measure by the tenths. Mine works for both. The Perfect Gauge by Unitrade, watch out for those made in Japan as they are slightly off. Get the one made in Canada. Almost the same as the Stanley Gibbons clear plastic one but thinner plastic and cheaper.
