hi all

i was searching through my box of covers and noticed something different about this cancel.
the year looked a bit different
i am not sure if it is common but I did find another cancel fron the same city.
i just found it interesting
i would like to know if this is an error and has any value

I'm glad you posted this, I too have been wondering if the inverted date slug would bring a premium to a cover.

Any idea what the series of little indentations are
at the bottom of the cover? Are they holes?
Any relation to disinfected mail?
