Hello there. I'm puzzled by this stamp.. Is it a stamp? Looks like it's "printed" on an uneven piece of paper.. and the back looks weird..sagging inwards




Any information and help would be appreciated! :)

It's been cut from a stamped envelope. The Scott numbers begin with U

It is a cut square from a embossed envelope sold by the post office. It was printed 1887-94 Die 2 Scot Cat U312
