Not a precancel - almost all cancels that show evidence of the vertical line that will form a box shape [visible on this at the left side] are 'roller box' cancels. They were applied by a handheld roller device after the stamps were put on the parcel. Some precancels in a box shape are from Lynn MA, and Philadelphia, but there are very few and well documented.
