For your viewing pleasure. This is what you get when you cross a local precancel with a National Type with a service indicator (Bulk Rate). Very unusual to say the least!

Nice one. I have thousands of precancels but most are from its heydey (1920-1960). The modern ones with city/town names are quite elusive to me. Even though I know most are of relatively low value, they certainly make a nice addition to a precancel collection.
