Looking to confirm the type of precancel shown here. I suspect it is an L-Type and since the only L-type with typeset letters for this town is said to be L-3 TS would that be the correct identification?



Note that this precancel also uses the old "Penna." abbreviation for Pennsylvania. Does that make any difference?
