Is this a Type 482 precancel for Laceyville, PA?

Anyone have any info. on it? According to the listings in the PA Precancel Album Pages, it suggests this may be a less common precancel type for that community, and since Wiki suggests that the town is only 2/10ths of a square mile in size and has a population of only 396 people (162 households), it seems to me that it may not be that common. (Interestingly, they do have an operating post office.)

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.
