This looks like a 703, but from where? Could be Minnesota, but the only listing is for 841.

IOWA [0.25 c/v] the slight doubling makes it doubly hard to decipher.
Having the PSS T&T database makes looking these up a LOT easier.

Reading this thread prompted me to look up Garrison, Iowa. Interesting to know that it is considered a "city" ... of only 0.2 square miles of land and 413 people!

Also, of note, is that they still have an active post office, as shown below, but look at the hours ... they don't open until 8:15 AM and close up at 4:00 PM and are closed for lunch everyday and are open for only ONE HOUR on Saturdays!

The majority of post offices in the rural areas of the country don't have big city hours, thus they do close for an hour or two for lunch. Most of these small post offices are manned usually by one person - two the most and usually live within walking distance of their workplace.
