Nothing earth-shattering here, but thought I'd share this one that I found in a clearance bin at a local coin and stamp shop.

I like the cover not only for the nice 6-cent bi-colored air mail stamp, but for the cancellation and colorful cachet. As an added bonus, the reverse side of the cover carries not one but TWO additional Washington, DC handstamp cachets from the 1938 National Air Mail Week promotion.

I know these covers were plentiful in their day and they command a relatively low resale value, but you don't find many examples of a cacheted First Day Cover where not one, but TWO different colored handstamp cachets were applied to the reverse side.

Overall, I'd say it was a nice find for a cover that was sold to me at a very reasonable 50-cents.
