I like these pre-stamped cards and this one was from schwans food delivery we get. It also has a cancel that I haven't seen used in a long time. Usually it's those bar codes and spray-ons so it's good to see they still use the good "old fashioned" ones as I think they are more eye catching. (I digitally 'erased' the address)

You're right! I haven't seen a cancellation like that in a few years now, everything in my part of the US all comes with spray-ons.

wt1 are the "159 & 3" slugs askew on that postmark or is that just how it's supposed to be?

They are supposed to be there. Without looking it up, I think the "159" is the prefix of the ZIP Code for that area (i.e. 15901). Not sure about the "3" on the opposite side of the cancel, but I suspect it relates to the cancellation machine or clerk or office that was responsible for applying the cancellation.

Some others on SCF may be able to provide you with further information.
