Hi, I'm new to the hobby. I recently purchased the 1975 and 1976 U.S.comemorative sets. Can anyone tell me what is available for display pages for these two years? Trying to research what is out there for display page options but can't seem to find examples dating back to the 1970's.

Any information will help, Thanks Mark

Mrazz,

Welcome to SCF!

The two most common ways of displaying stamps are either on album pages, or in stock pages.

The first way is probably the most common and cost effective. There is another thread I started that will help get you started. I still have to finish a couple of reviews, but it's a good start.

As for stock pages, they are simply a generic page with pockets in which you can put stamps into. Most stock pages fit into 3 ring binders. High quality pages range in price from .50 to $1 per page.

If your intention is to just display your sets by year, you would most likely have to create your own album pages. There are plenty of websites devoted to self made pages and I'm sure someone here can point you in the right direction.

Use the search button and search for album pages or designing or printing or creating, lots of ways to phrase it.

Sometimes in the beginning it is easier to usew stockpages until you know how you want to organize the album page. You can easily switch around the stamps when using stock pages, getting each one positioned correctly.
