i was looking a bit more closely at the imperf issues of these stamps.
i am not sure if this could be a recut bottom of a medallion?
these do seem a bit difficult to identify for me.

This stamp is not 10R2L, the recut button variety. It does have two lines recut in the upper left triangle though. If you go to www.stamps4collectors.com you should be able to find a 10R2L to look at.
