Yes - these are perf-11, the one on the left is SC498, the pair on the right are SC525.

Is design size 19x22?

I think right one are smaller than 22mm. Normaly design are 19x22mm I think. Is it possible?

The taller one would probably be rotary press. That might make it a #545, which would be a nice score. Are the horizontal perfs 11 as well? or 10.5? on the left stamp. 10.5 would make it a #542, not a lucrative I'm afraid.

I agree with chasa. Left stamp is flat plate 498, right pair is offset 525. The intaglio (both flat plate and rotary) were 22-22.5mm while the surface print offset were 21-21.5mm.

US Washington stamps are not easy to understand. It's incredible... :-)

Sorry cdnum. You are correct, this series is quite complicated, and takes more time. I was rushed in my evaluation (my breakfast was ready and I had to go )
I double checked your horizontal perf, and again you were right they are 11.
Goes to show, if you can't spend the time, don't do the ... evaluation.

That should rhyme, but I gotta run.
