A partial machine cancel is shown on this stamp, but I can't make it out. Does anyone have any idea what the postmark was meant to indicate?

I just got a Doremus catalog. I will check it later this evening. Looks more like a Time or Barry, though.

Question, I am just learning about Berry Machine cancels, Everyone I have seen has 1900 printed inside an oval. How many other Berry Machine cancels are there?
