It is hard to tell if it is a Sc 145 or 156. Sometimes the secret mark is weak. The secret mark is the same color blue as the stamp. As far as ribbed paper that is hard to tell. Most of the gum is intact and it looks like another stamp was stuck to it leaving a ribbed appearance. On used stamps I remove the gum to get a closer inspection of the paper. This will remove the transfer from other stamps as well.
To spot ribbed paper it is necessary to hold the stamp at a particular angle to the light source. It is very difficult to capture that photographically, and all but impossible if the photographer is not quite skilled at doing it in the first place. However, it can be done from either side of the stamp, without removing the gum, but the gum does interfere on that side. Where possible I usually like to get a view from both sides to confirm the identification.
