i still have some questions about precancel. i have looked at the site but am still confused. i hope it is ok to post some scans to get some help. i hope it is ok to post more later. i would appreciate any help to see if these have any value.
Dan, Have you checked this site out? http://www.precancels.com/PSS/pssinfo.htm It has a lot of information, but as to pricing you would have to get one of the catalogs to give you a idea. It would also depend on as to what area you are collecting as precancels are very numerous.
You still looking for that diamond in the rough Dan? I honestly hope you find one, however I find that you have a very nice collections of stamps by viewing the many you have posted. Keep showing them.
