Found these stamps cleaning out an old metal desk I bought wondering if they have any value. Thanks!

None whatsoever just because of condition alone I'm sorry to say HOWEVER- that Top Value TV stamp may perk interest with the Back Of Book collectors. I'm interested in that one myself! Welcome to the forum junosama! Even if those stamps was in mint (straight off the press) they are still relatively modern (50's 60's) and of minimal value (10 - 20˘)

The average person under 30 doesn't have a CLUE what a "Top Value" stamp is. They would be astonished to know the "truth."

Rewind to 1957 - my Mom says, "After dinner, I want you to put all the S&H and Top Value stamps into the books. You can get any baseball glove you like if it's not over 4 books, I want to get some bathroom curtains with the rest..."

Common US postage stamps from the late 1950s to early 1960s. All are in poor condition and aren't worth anything. Even if these were unused, and in perfect condition, they would only be worth face value.

Cheers!

YEPPERS! Doug, I too remember licking tons of those S&H stamps and "pasting" them into the books. You would get them at the register with the receipt from that machine with the giant dialpad on it! ha-ha oh the memories..

Some of those do appear to be unused.
Those are perfectly legal and proper to use for postage.

I don't want to be the one to lick them. Maybe you could get the dog to do it.
