I bought a collection & included was a glasine marked Scott #64 with 9 stamps. It definitely has the resemblance of the #64. But looking at Scott's price guide I doubt I have 9 stamps in one glasine worth nearly $1000 each. My question: How can I an accurate ID of these stamps?

We love to see scans. Post them individually (at least 300 dpi) and I'm sure you'll get lots of opinions.

Scans are better. Good ones, so we can see details. But if you want to take a crack at it yourself, try these if you can't get a Scott Specialized Catalog for US (I assume you are talking about US).

When checking stamp type details, check as many individual details as possible because some stamps carry characteristics of more than one type sometimes.

Hope this helps

Another alternative is to buy the Scott color guide, but it is fairly expensive for the handful of stamps that are applicable. I bought one and it has helped to some degree, but I originally thought it covered more stamp issues.
