HI, How can I really tell if this is a #300b, I got a couple of these together with the Franklin stamp on them at auction...I got very cheap...Im fairly new at this, can you help Thanks...

kachido....a #300b is a booklet pane of 6....are you asking if this is a single from a pane of 6??? Singles from the BP are not valued individually. Detached from a booklet is considered a #300.

Really OK I thought there would be a difference.
Is there a watermark? There is different from a pane and a sheet? Thanks...

There would be no watermark on that issue. And if you mean...Is there a difference between a "Sheet" of stamps and a "Pane" of stamps, (I'm assuming you mean "Booklet Pane"), the answer would be yes. As opposed to an entire sheet of stamps, a booklet pane is a small, fold-out booklet usually made of thin cardboard, with a few stamps fastened inside.

Yes thanks..I know the difference I just thought that there would be watermark to make the difference..Thanks I have learned a lot about the Franklin one cent...You guys are great...
