The violet one appears to be #16b. There are three stamps with this denomination: #16, #16a, and #16b. They differ in the particular location of the 1c surcharge relative to the other overprints. It has a catalog value of $2.00 (unused).

The red ones are impossible to tell from your photo, but they are all 2c Cordoba with the oval center. Most likely #27, #32, #39, #47, #53, and/or #56. #27 has "CANAL ZONE" overprint reading down. The others all have overprint reading up, and are distinguished by their Type. #32 is Type I, in which the "C" has serifs on top and bottom. #39 is Type II, with "C" having a serif on the top only. #47 is Type III. It is like Type I, but the letters are thinner, particularly the bottom of the "L", "Z", and "E". #53 is Type IV, distinguished by a thick bottom on the "C" and by the center bar of the "E" extending out as far as the upper and lower bars. And if it couldn't get any more fun, #56 has Type V overprint, done in a smaller block type, 1.75 mm high, with a flat top on the "A". Catalog values are all under $10.00 (used), except #47, which is $60.00 (used).
