The cancels shown in the posts above from Richmond, VA; Seattle, WA; and Milwaukee, WI are all made by Universal machines, not Internationals, thus these three are not a part of the linked study. They are not rare at all, just from a different machine brand.
To differentiate, the Internationals have the year date curved across the bottom, The Universals have the year date as one of the central slugs.
I found some of these cancels on old letters I was going through. I was going to ask about them but now I don't have to since my question was answered.
Welcome to the forum. It does look like the same plane in the last two of the covers you posted. But that cancellation only lasted three days, for the duration of the conference. It is not really a cancellation designed for ordinary use. Sharp eye, though, noting the similarity.
