One Cent Franklin 63 Vs 102?

This is 12 perf, and I am unclear how to tell if it is a 63 or reprint 102? Grandfather had penciled "63", but that was 50-60 years ago - not sure how aware the stamp world was of the different varieties yet? If a 63, interested to hear thoughts on the coloring?

See my notes about the reprints on your post on the 10c Washington (63 or 104).

Your stamp is a very nice quality 63.
