I don't collect state revenues, so I can't tell you if you have any unusual varieties. But I see stamps of your type listed on ebay for $1-$3. Not sure if they sell well. It does look like you have intact booklets, although the condition is rather beat up. So maybe a premium associated?

Hopefully someone who collects state revenues can chime in!
