Not real scarce but this is only the 2nd one I have seen in the last couple of years and Ray got that one (I was asleep on the bidding wheel). Not the best of centering but when it came up, I grabbed it.

I know a lot of people prefer the feel of paper, but this book has been digitized by the USPCS and is free to download.

The one shown on the ebay link is Stanley Ashbrook's study of the 1˘ Stamp, Mortimer Neinken expanded on Ashbrook's work so you get the best of both worlds in Neinkens book

For reference on the One Cent Franklin, Neinkens book is the better. Though Ashbrook's Vol 2 is really good stuff too.
