Hi guys..Was looking at all my Scott 220's for caps on the "TWO's" and saw this mark..What is it...?

This is part of the center gutter guide arrow at the bottom, between the right and left panes. This gutter was left imperforate and was cut to separate the panes. The stamp is from position 91 of the right or lower right pane.
