Since it is perforated wouldn't it be from 1857 onwards?

Hello and welcome Ciletaliph, None of this series have grills. I believe that you have a Type IV Scott #26A. I see a bit of color on the upper perf tips from the stamp above it which tells me that it isn't a #26 from the top row. However, the folded perf at left and the cancel at right may be hiding the frame lines. Make sure that the frame lines don't continue upward at the green arrows.
