The numbers are from the Scott stamp catalogue. The main catalogue used in the U.S. such as Michel in Germany.

Yes, the 1st batch has some value. Depends on the number and type of faults (missing perfs, creases, tear's, thin spots, scrapes, heavy cancellations etc), so the range is quite wide. Approximate prices are from the best to the worst condition.

24- $40-$2
14- $160-$8 (2 images of same stamp)
17- $250-$12
71- $190-$9

Since there are many varieties in the stamps shown it would be best to take them to a Stamp Store or have someone with knowledge evaluate the older stamps for you. Just my opinion

Oh - the last stamp (90 cents) depending on variety - Low End
$300-$15
