Wove paper, with what appear to be remnants of the gum breaker bars. Perf 10's were rotary press stamps.

Correct, this is Scott 581, rotary press, perf. 10 x 10. The 4 horizontal lines are gum breaker line indents, as mentioned by others.

Rotary press cannot have a straight edge unless it's a booklet stamp (10 x 10 or 11 x 10.5) or it was perforated by a flat plate stamp perforator 11 x 11 (rare). If the gum breakers do not appear to be the same distance from each other, then it might not be gum breakers but a flat plate 11 x 11 straight edge sheet or booklet stamp. Check size of design against known flat plate and/or rotary press stamps or cut out stamp design size templates. The stamp is most likely 552 or 552a. The stamp showing the back is not the same as the one showing the front since the back does not show a straight edge. [Picture has been corrected so that it's a rotary press 581 (10 x 10).]

With the corrected picture, it's 581 as several posters have already previously stated.
